ANGLK (pronounced “an-jel-ik”) is a Christian hip-hop and R&B artist, speaker, podcaster, and founder of The Angel Room Podcast. Formerly known as Powda, she was one of Houston’s pioneering Latina rap artists, earning radio success and building a respected career in Texas music that spans more than two decades.

After years in the music industry, ANGLK experienced a life-changing encounter with God that transformed the direction of her life, her purpose, and her music. What began as a successful career in secular music became a testimony of redemption, healing, and surrender to Jesus Christ.

Today, ANGLK uses her platform to share the Gospel through music, testimony, podcasting, and outreach ministry. Her songs combine authentic life experiences with messages of faith, deliverance, hope, and the power of God’s grace. Through her music, she openly shares her journey from addiction, depression, and spiritual brokenness to freedom and new life in Christ.

In 2026, ANGLK released her debut Christian single, “Faith,” featuring Rebel and John the Beloved, marking the beginning of a new chapter dedicated entirely to glorifying God. She is also the host of The Angel Room Podcast, where she sits down with artists, business owners, pastors, and everyday people to share powerful stories of transformation and salvation.

Beyond music, ANGLK is actively involved in prison ministry, community outreach, revival events, and evangelism, with a mission to reach people who feel forgotten, broken, or far from God. Her message is simple: no one is beyond the reach of God’s love, and every testimony has the power to change a life.

Whether on stage, behind a microphone, or serving in the community, ANGLK’s mission remains the same—to point people to Jesus and remind them that redemption is possible for anyone willing to answer His call.
